1. Ownership of Your Art
When you upload your artwork to Math You're In, you keep full ownership and copyright of your work. You are simply giving us permission to display it on our website so users can view it and interact with it.
Our Rule: Only upload images that you created yourself or have the legal right to share. Do not upload anyone else's copyrighted work.
2. Permissions You Give Us
By sharing your artwork through our seller portal, you grant Math You're In the right to:
- Display your art in our public galleries and the 360° showcase area.
- Include your artwork as an asset in our Consumer Math Challenges.
- Resize or crop your images so they load quickly and fit perfectly on the website layouts.
3. Sales and Purchases
If a user chooses to purchase your work directly or wins access through the Math Challenge, the transaction is handled safely by our backend database system. All submitted works are reviewed by our administration team to ensure they meet our quality standards before final processing.
4. Removing Your Art
If you ever want to remove your artwork from our active marketplace, you can contact our support team. Once your request is processed, we will safely delete your files from our database and storage directories.
